Terms for brands

1. Who these terms are for

Aditor Recruit is for businesses only. By signing up you confirm you act for a company or as a self-employed professional, not as a consumer.

2. How it works

• You send a quick brief. We call you and agree on the test briefs.
• The editor battle: we hand-pick three editors who fit your market, niche, language, formats and hours, and interview them for your brand. They cut up to nine test ads for your brand, normally within one week.
• You watch every ad, read each editor's intro and pick the editor you want to hire. Our recommendation is optional.
• Before the hire, messages with editors go through the portal. Editors' contact details are shared once you hire.

3. Prices and payment

• The placement costs €10,000 per editor, excluding VAT.
• You save a card with Stripe when you sign up. Nothing is charged before our call. After the call we charge the battle deposit of €2,000.
• When you hire an editor, the deposit counts toward the placement. The remaining €8,000 is due when the editor starts.
• Invoices are issued by Stripe in our name and are due on receipt. VAT is charged as required by law; for businesses in other EU countries the reverse-charge procedure applies.

4. No fit, money back

If none of the three editors fits, you get the €2,000 deposit back in full. Tell us within 14 days after the battle ends. "No fit" means you decide not to hire any of the three editors.

5. The test ads are yours

You keep all test ads from the battle, also those of the editors you do not hire. You may use them for your own advertising, worldwide and without time limit. Material you provide stays yours. Third-party material inside an ad (for example music or stock footage) is only covered as far as its own licence allows.

6. After the hire

• The editor is an independent freelancer. You agree the scope and rate with the editor and pay the editor directly. Aditor is not the editor's employer and does not lend staff.
• You make sure the engagement is lawful where you are based, for example regarding self-employment rules.
• Hiring through Aditor is free for editors. We never take a share of what you pay your editor.

7. 90-day replacement

If the placement ends within 90 days after the editor starts, we provide a replacement editor (for example the next editor from your battle, or a new match) at no extra placement fee. Tell us within 7 days after the end. This does not apply if you end the placement without good reason or breach these terms.

8. Hiring editors directly

Editors you meet through Aditor, including editors from your battle you did not pick, may only be engaged through an Aditor placement for 24 months after you first saw their profile. If you engage such an editor otherwise, directly or through a third party, the placement fee of €10,000 per editor becomes due.

9. Team training

Training seats cost €690 (1 seat), €590 (2 to 5 seats), €490 (6 to 10 seats), €450 (11+ seats) per person, excluding VAT. Access to Adlingo is charged per seat and month as quoted.

10. Your part

• Give us accurate briefs and only material you have the rights to.
• No unlawful, misleading or infringing ads.
• Answer within reasonable time so editors can keep to the schedule.
• Keep editors' personal data and work confidential and use it only for this service.

11. Confidentiality

Both sides keep confidential what they learn about the other's business, unless it is public or must be disclosed by law.

12. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the damage, and we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or the performance of your ads.

13. Data protection

Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement on request.

14. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Place of jurisdiction is Tallinn where legally permitted. Changes need written form (email is enough). If a clause is invalid, the rest stays valid.
