What the Aditor Recruit website and portal collect, why, and who is responsible for it.

What we collect
- Brands: name, work email, company, website, product details and photos, briefs, uploaded files and links, messages in the portal, the editor you pick and billing details.
- Editors: name, email, native language, portfolio and work links, intro video and intro answers, application, availability, offers, test ads, certificate and messages in the portal.
- Everyone: login records (we sign you in with an emailed link), and technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse protection.
Why
- To run the service you signed up for: matching, the editor battle, the placement, training and certificates (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and keep records we must keep, for example invoices (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).
- To show an editor's profile to brands: first name, initial, city, portfolio, intro video and answers. Contact details are only shared once a brand hires the editor (the editor's consent at sign-up, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who processes data for us
- Supabase (database, login and file storage, EU region).
- Render (hosting of the website and portal).
- Resend (sending our emails).
- Stripe (card on file, invoices and payments; Stripe receives your payment details, we never see your full card number).
- Slack (reminders to editors who joined our workspace).
- Airtable (Aditor's internal editor records, read when an Aditor editor joins).
- Calendly (booking a call with us, when you choose to book one).
Cookies
We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies are set on this website or in the portal.
How long we keep data
As long as your account is active, and afterwards as long as the law requires (for example invoices). Applications that are not accepted are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw any consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
